What is the Little Partners warranty?

Little Partners wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns. All of our products come with a one year manufacturers warranty to the original purchaser.  To see the details and activate this warranty please visit our warranty information page.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective item, Little Partners will be happy to replace your item. Refunds will be given depending on circumstances.

 

We will replace any defective or faulty items, including those that have been damaged in shipping. Please open a support ticket and tell us the item, when you bought it, and the problem. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions for returning your item. We will confirm receipt of you faulty item and send you a replacement. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase or on items that have been used.
